The first heartbreak moment after separation
I am looking to face the truth: the clouds darken up my ideal world breaks down gradually, bit by bit, into itself. The wind in my mind blows the hope of getting further away, infinitely slow. I feel empty, drained, depressed. My emotional world is characterized by infinite disappointment that are always times broken again by anger. What should I do with my empty life now? Approximately one feels in the first hours after the separation. The own emotional world is governed by emotions, for rational thought is not a place. This is a good thing! Particularly logical, rational people think they have to act rationally from the start. The latter part of the sentence is correct, but the moment it is not. Before rationally deal with his situation and considering how to proceed now, one must surrender his feelings quiet for now. Take a few hours time for yourself, go and cry Do a couple of times. Express your feelings. Not in front of your family and friends, but in private moments when you are alone. It is not bad to be sad, it's not bad to cry again. That is human and makes us what we are. Then, after you have once taken time for yourself, you can make rational considerations space, and consider whether and how you want to try to win your ex partner back.
